Deposit
1st night room and tax are due at time of booking; remaining balance will be charged to card on file 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation
If cancelled within the 72 hours of arrival date the guest forfeits 100% of the stay.
Same Day Arrivals
Full Charge – 100% of total room value due at time of booking.
Early Departure
For short stays or early departure the guest forfeits 100% of the total room value + taxes of the unused nights.
No Show
Guest forfeits 100% of the total room value + taxes of the unused nights.
Pet POLICY
No Pets Allowed, Except in the case of service animals. Before checking in, you must email the necessary certifications if you are traveling with a service animal.
Unregistered Guest
Each guest who wishes to stay must register at the front desk. A person must register at the front desk with valid form of identifications to access the room of the registered hotel guest.
Smoking
100% Non-Smoking Hotel.
