Your selection of the freshest seafood, chicken, meats or vegetables is cooked on a volcanic stone which has been heated in a specially-designed Stonegrill oven to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. This cooking method sears the product fast and locks in all its natural juices and nutrients, enhancing the full flavor of the food.

You can cook your food to your personally desired temperature, and the food will remain hot during the complete meal. If you are health-conscious, you will be relieved to know that no oils or fats are used on the Stone Grill, reducing the number of calories and fat in your meal.
