Belize City, Belize — July 20, 2010 — On Friday July 16, all Heads of Department of the Radisson Fort George Hotel & Marina were enrolled in a two day Yes I Can! Training, a concept that is the heart of Radisson. These are not only words spoken but also actions displayed by each employee of the hotel. The Instructor was Karla Custodio, Human Resource Manager who previously took the training in Costa Rica.

The training was conducted to enhance the Managers’ skills on building a Yes I Can! Community. "In order to build a Yes I Can! Community we need to foster engagement, create an empowering environment, communicate expectations, and ensure accountability. We need to reinforce each of these pillars by inspiring our employees to have a fanatical commitment to Yes I Can!", said James Scott, CEO of the Radisson.
